Diagnostic Tests (INFO.TXT)

Diagnostic tests can also be run by clicking Help, Diagnostics in a Console window.

The diagnostic script (file info or ntinfo) pings a host on the Internet (137.92.1.1), tests the configured DNS servers and dumps various Windows and NAT32 settings. The tests can take 30 sec or more to complete and your computer must have Internet connectivity at the time. Test results are written to file info.txt in your NAT32 directory. Be sure to attach your latest info.txt file when requesting support, as it contains all the information needed in order to debug your configuration.
