TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By registering a PRODUCT downloaded from NAT32.COM, both the LICENSOR (NAT Software) and the LICENSEE explicitly agree to the following TERMS and CONDITIONS:

1. The LICENSEE has installed the PRODUCT and it is working to the LICENSEE's complete satisfaction.

2. The LICENSEE agrees to NOT request a refund under any circumstances.

3. On receipt of the License Fee, the LICENSOR shall:

3.1. Ensure that Registration Details have been supplied per e-mail to the LICENSEE within two working days.

3.2. Ensure that the Registration Details remain valid for all future upgrades to the same VERSION of the same PRODUCT running on the same COMPUTER for which the PRODUCT was registered.

3.3. Provide Email Support for the stated period.

4. On receipt of the Registration Details, the LICENSEE shall:

4.1. Not transfer the Registration Details to any other party.

4.2. Not transfer the FULL VERSION of the PRODUCT to any other party.

4.3. Grant the LICENSOR the right to perform a remote validity check of the Registration Details.

4.4. Not hold the LICENSOR responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever resulting from the use of the PRODUCT.

ADMINISTRATION FEE

After the Support Period has elapsed, an Administration Fee of USD 5.00 is payable for the following services:

1. Provision of an additional copy of the PRODUCT for another COMPUTER.

2. Reissue of the Registration Details.

3. Modification of the Registration Details.

4. Email support.
