NAME

router - display external router settings

SYNOPSIS

router [ip]

DESCRIPTION

Command router prints details obtained from the external router at the specified IP address (default 192.168.0.1).

Note that if a VPN connection to an external VPN Server is currently in place, and if your default route points to that connection, then the above value will be the IP address of your end of the VPN connection.

NOTES

Here are examples of how to send commands to a Netgear DG834G Router at address 192.168.0.1.
