NAME
setd - set the NAT32 Domain Name

SYNOPSIS

setd [name]
DESCRIPTION
When invoked with no argument, setd prints the current DNS domain. When invoked with one argument, setd sets the current DNS domain to name.

The altered setting is not recorded in any netcfg file or in the Windows Registry. To make the setting permanent, the command should be placed in file startup.

NOTES
NAT32 determines the Domain Name at startup by extracting the appropriate value from the Windows Registry. If Windows has no notion of a Domain Name, then neither will NAT32.

Domain Names assigned by Windows DHCP are not stored in the Windows Registry.
